isa vink (2002)

I am a graphic design student based in Utrecht and currently graduating at the
Art Academy of Utrecht (HKU).

choosing one medium to work with is not my best quality and that results in me loving
to use and combine a lot of different things. the main focus in my projects lies on the narrative and the experiment.

I enjoy translating personal and social problems into differents mediums, such as poetry, publications, (experimental) short film and installations. visually I love to work very experimentally, intuitive and with an open mind which can also result in “happy little accidents.” I prefer working analog or using different analog techniques and combining them with digital techniques.

playing with the viewers gaze is something I find inherently interesting and always try to intertwine into my work. working together with other people to create a concept, exchanging ideas and critical thinking are some things that are valuable during a working proces.
