Slapende Roosjes is a publication that reflects on the privilege of having a safe and warm place to sleep. A good night’s rest is a luxury that, unfortunately, is not self-evident for everyone. It is an interactive publication that uses image manipulation to raise awareness of this issue. By removing the in-between pages, the viewer can engage with the work and reveal the hidden reality beneath the surface. This interaction mirrors the situation many people face every day, reminding us that things are often less rosy than they seem
